Every Kaneli garment is hand-block printed, dyed, and finished by artisanal families in small batches. We take pride in delivering these delicate creations to you safely and efficiently.
Domestic Shipping
We offer free standard shipping across India for all orders above ₹1,999. For orders under ₹1,999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied at checkout.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days across metropolitan areas and major cities.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your delivery address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect information.
Weight Guidelines: Standard orders default to an estimated package weight of 0.5 KG. Heavy custom items or multiple pieces are automatically evaluated to determine custom weight overrides for postal labels.
