We hope you cherish your Kaneli creations. However, if a garment is not the perfect fit, we are glad to assist you with a return or an exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all artisanal tags fully intact.

Reverse Pickup
Once approved, a reverse courier pickup is scheduled. Replacement sizing or standard refunds are processed promptly.
Refund Timelines
Refunds are processed back to the original source payment method or credited as store coupons within 7-10 business days after the returned garment passes quality control checks in our warehouse.
Exchanges Policy
Want a different size? We offer one-time free size exchanges per order. Standard replacements are shipped out within 2 business days of the reverse shipment collection.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized coordinates, custom-tailored designs, physical POS showroom-exclusive catalog products, and clearance items purchased during special promotion archives are not eligible for returns.
